Description

The Φ500 Numerical Control Vertical Taping Machine is engineered for high-frequency data cable insulation, including DVI, HDMI, SATA, ATA, and IEEE1394. Designed to handle both single and double-layer taping, This Vertical Taping Machine supports advanced inline heating for self-adhesive shrink tapes, making it ideal for precision applications.

With a maximum speed of 2000 rpm and taping rate of 28m/min, This Vertical Taping Machine delivers speed and consistency for high-volume production lines. The constant tension control via load cells and dancer mechanism ensures perfect taping alignment and quality.
