Description

The Double Decker Triple Layer Extrusion Line – PRV 90+60+70+50 mm is built for manufacturers who need maximum output with minimum floor space. Its unique dual-deck engineering enables two simultaneous production layers, effectively delivering Double Production in Half the Space.

Double Decker Triple Layer Extrusion Line is Powered by four extruders—Φ90, Φ60 (upper deck) and Φ70, Φ50 (lower deck)—this system supports triple-layer structures including insulation, skin, stripe, and sheathing.

With a remarkable maximum speed of 500 × 2 m/min, this extrusion line is one of the fastest in its class, suitable for high-speed production of building wires, automotive cables, house wires, and multi-core industrial cables.

Engineered with high-torque gearboxes, alloy screws, Taiwan Yangmin PID controls, and Inovance AC drives, the system ensures stability, concentricity, and excellent surface finish at all speeds.

Ideal for large-scale cable plants, this system reduces manpower, increases production efficiency, and optimizes factory space utilization.
