The Copper Segregator (Model 200) is a compact, high-performance copper separation system designed for recycling waste cables into clean copper granules. Equipped with a precision grinder, shaking table separator, and adjustable frequency control, it ensures clean segregation of copper and plastic with minimal loss.

Built with a powerful motor, durable blades, and optimized airflow separation technology, the machine delivers consistent performance suitable for small to medium-scale cable recycling units. With a daily production output of 500 kg (50–80 kg/hour), it provides an efficient, environmentally friendly solution for recovering copper from mixed wires.

This machine includes a full set of replacement blades, screens, and calibration tools for long-term, maintenance-friendly operation.
