Description

The PRV-ST Series Frame Type Single Twisting Machines are designed for high-precision laying of power cables, communication cables, and multi-core conductors. These machines offer advanced taping options including central, longitudinal, or spiral taping, and are capable of wrapping with cotton, Mylar, or aluminum foil as needed.

With four model options – PRV-ST-630, ST-800, ST-1000, and ST-1250 – this series accommodates a wide range of cable sizes from Ø10mm up to Ø30mm. Step-less speed regulation, twist pitch adjustment, and selectable twist direction (S/Z) allow tailored configurations for diverse production requirements.

Built on a heavy-duty hydraulic frame, each model includes pneumatic take-up tension control and screw-type traverse mechanisms, ensuring smooth operation and consistent output even during high-speed runs up to 700 RPM.
