The Automatic String Light Soldering Machine is a high-performance system designed to automate the entire string light production process—from cutting and stripping wire to LED testing, soldering, sleeving, and final coiling.
This machine increases production speed and consistency with minimal operator involvement. One trained operator can handle 3–5 machines simultaneously due to the system’s advanced automation and safety features.
It automatically:
- Feeds LED bulbs via vibration
- Tests LED polarity and functionality
- Solders resistors and LEDs
- Cuts and strips wire
- Applies heat shrink sleeves and insulators
- Performs final coiling for packaging
The machine stops automatically if it detects issues like tangled wires, preventing damage and ensuring consistent quality.
